At what point do they have to worry about sponsor guarantees? If this thing ends in a sweep or even five games, Disney is going to have to return some cash to advertisers, I'd guess.
Zaslav looks like a genius for saying no to the insane TV deal on the table. There's no way NBC will make its money back with ratings near 1980's levels.
I know Vegas is sweating heavy money on Indiana and wanting the Celtics to win in short order, but the TV studios are more important and they will be howling if the ECF is finished with brooms or even a gentleman's sweep.
And with Vegas now predicting the WCF to likely be done in only five games...woof.

They’ll make money regardless! Either way!, so what does that tell you with wolves and Dallas? Dallas could possibly sweep as well! But not sure today feels like a trap game!

Can you explain why you think that era was so bad ? Asking respectfully. I was born in 1996 and I remember vividly the lakers playing the kings in 2001 and thinking that era was awesome . Later on in life I realized how corrupt and biased the officials were in that Lakers / Kings series . Still great basketball to me even as young as I was probably due to nostalgia

Same people own them all. Now that all top sports are affiliated with just about all sports books. If there is 40million more on one team to win. Just a phone call away. Make sure they don’t win. Sounds simple I know, but to me. Those are facts. Just my opion.
