 It doesnt work that way specially if its a substantial line move. He would be lucky to cash out 25% of the wager but I am sure this is not possible pregame with the Hornets Portland game.

This.  Better than taking a full loss on a game with a 6 point swing in spread

 I dont know what book offers pregame cashout after a 6point swing. You must be posting your picks here without actual wager. Easy to say you cashed out pregame. FanDuel and DraftKings never offer cash out on the wager 30-60mins after you placed them so much more of a swing from favorites to being an underdog.

Sorry for the confusion, I was pretty drunk by 11pm lol.  Here is the screenshot of yesterday's wagers.  "Buyout" wasn't literally cancelling a bet but I still lost about 25% like the other guy said.  I use sportsbetting dot ag btw.
