that is like a double edge sword of what ifs. if you're already winning by 30pts with only a quarter left what are the chances of you hedging and why ? you hedge because you want to minimize your potential loss and this sh*t comes like once in a blue moon except if its a superior team trailing to a crap team. You hedge you get +26.5 what if they won more by 30+ then you'd be banging your head the whole time. Also kings were coming off a 27 point win against the bulls thinking they can get away with sh*t like these.

You hedge only for 2 reasons:
1) Because it is actually an EV+ spot. This means that even without your 1st bet, you would normally be taking this 2nd bet... and
2) the potential earnings/losses represent a very significant ammount for you so that you dont mind taking an ev- spot in order to ensure a decent profit for you.

I highly doubt its a EV+ spot. The likelihood of a team coming back down 30 on the road is so slim, there's almost no chance

its easy to say if you're not in their position and what are the odds of winning that one ? 0 point something ? I check this season and last season games. games that have a team losing by 20+ after 3 quarters and almost all of them lose by double digits. who in the world would even bother taking ML if you already have kings f*cking ML there unless you're the type that you just put something there for fun lol
