DONT BET OVERS AND NEGATIVE HANDICAPS THAT ARE DOUBLE DIGITS OR CLOSE TO THAT . JUST DONT.

If you want to make any money in this "Full game total - over" bets shouldnt be more than 10% of your bets on game totals . This means in long run for every "over" bet you should have made 9 unders .

Same goes to Favorite handicaps that are above -5 . You simply cant trust teams to always win by double digits , they wont their opposition will be going out of their way at the end of the game to make it close or tie it meanwhile the team that is already winning by double digits in 4th quarter will be resting their main players so they dont get injured and so on.

To sum up : to bet full game total over or big favorite handicap it has to be really very strong pick. Default winning bet is UNDER and Underdog Handicap with + Points .

yea perfect example today with the raptors.

up 21 pts in the last quarter then just stopped playing.

ended up winning by 9. line was -14.

Yes this , and another perfect example from last night is Covers featured game of the day MIL-HOU where they advice people to bet over this is complete nonsense , two really good defensive teams playing for real and giving their best to win - such game will almost never go over , because playing good means you play defence.

I took Denver TT over as I was worried about Detroit not scoring enough on 3 in 4 nights on the road. Game played out as I thought in first half Denver scored 66 points and were up by 27. They then completely tanked it in the 2nd half scoring a a pathetic 29 points and almost lost the game.

I still think overs are a good bet in the right circumstance...I also prefer to take them live after seeing how the game is going. clover

live betting is different deal you take the line that got better compared to pre game overs will be the right play quite often when live betting

Through last night, Houston, Golden State and Denver are a combined 41-9 to the under since the AS break

West v West = Over
East v West = under
East V East = under

 Every thing is relative, just imagining teams come to play the game without knowing whether they are expected as under dog or favourite, line of spread etc. The outcome would be very different.
