In today's NBA I've seen quite a few times other players trying to inject themselves in a game and mess up a hot player rhythm and lose the game, instead of just giving them the ball or getting them open.

Golden State has high Basketball IQ veterans like Jimmy Butler and Draymond Green who can teach their young players about how to properly ride the hot hand at an elite level.
