hmmm, yeah kind of agree.there is lots and lots of talent but to have it all wrapped up in one package-the dominance, the personality, the exciting play style.its tough and rare.maybe someone like zion or luka can turn into that dude but its hard to see at the moment.for now theres still a tonne of legendary players with many years left in the league though-lebron,durant,curry,davis.

I think NBA is trending into a new style of play, athleticism is not that dominant unlike before sad to say. Luka will be dominant at all angles. Problem is, is he capable enough to entertain viewers?

I really don't watch sports anymore unless I got $ on it. I was hardcore since 86, now I'm 40 and these guys can eat a dick. I'm trying to put steak on the table sir.

I disagree. I enjoyed LeBron the first 10 years of his career... Now with all the political BS, he's one of my least liked players in the league. There's a *lot* of up and coming talent. I also have an absurd amount of respect for Giannis staying in Milwaukee. I could watch Morant play every day, Giannis, Westbrook, Kyrie and Durant, Steph, Klay. I was born in 85, and grew up watching nothing but football. I remember catching a few of Jordans games when my mom and I were moving across the country and staying in hotels. Now... the NFL is beyond boring to me. The hitting is gone, the league is hyper politicized (though basketball has been trending this way too), and it just isn't as fun to me anymore.
The NBA is my favorite sport to watch now, followed by college football.
System Extraordinaire.

You can just say it’s because they have publicly spoken out against Trump. I don’t get why people get so butt hurt over people with a platform speaking out against a piece of shit human being.

you might be right. i remember the days back in the Year of 2k. before Y2k and after where you really see playing basketball like Iverson, kobe, MJ....... that was fun to watch.
Like the Movie "Above the Rim". And now is all about Tactics and Strategie. I hat eto watch if a team is holding and passing the Ball around and run down the clock to last sec before they shoot from the 3s.... there is no 1 on 1 anymore or cool and smooth plays. most of them trying to throw 3s. so bored to watch.
But now the Refs are to powerful, so many box calls and stupid calls. And The Refs can easy move a game in the direction the want.

im giving a 5 year projection because alot of the superstars we know: kd harden westbrook lebron ad will be around their mid 30s, so their performance will decline, who is going to carry that?
i think zion is a great example. Him and Giannis will be my guess. Zion is very easily marketable and once he develops his own play style (which i truly believe will be back to the 80-90s) post up game and being able to knock down 3s, thats when we'll see another shift (running the clock and drafting players that can defend the 3)
either way, all i care about is making money off these guys. the days of being a fan is 2nd tier now. I will never understand passionate sports fans
