Dumbass me bet on saints last night and lost. What’s the play for today? Denver under?
You would do better to think a bit more about why you lost. If you think about it long enough you might realize why pushing for another bet to get it back is bad.
Saints line looked low and too easy, Thomas was out, Raiders were opening a new stadium and their coach used to commentate MNF (why does that matter, I dunno it just does) Combine this with not a single dog winning SU on Sunday, I had a great feeling about Raiders moneyline.
Not tooting my own horn cuz I was certainly not feeling great after the 1sr Q they were down 10 and Raiders D looked bad. But MNF often comes down to the last few possessions. If it didn't, no one would stay up late to watch it.
But don't try to get it all back tonight on the NBA unless you really want to torture yourself. If you have a solid play, make it for a normal amount. But it sounds like you got stung bad and it's hard to bet good with those emotions.
I honestly dunno who i would pick tonight. Denver blew a big chance last game, I don't think they will come back on LAL like they did before. Then you have the NBA pushing the East game 3 out 2 extra days cuz they were afraid it would end way before the west series. Do they want the West one to speed up now? It makes no sense cuz the Heat aren't gonna sweep now obviously and i think Boston ties that series.
So, nothing for game 3 in the West would shock me. I would not make a big bet on this game.

263$ ? Here is the best advice you will ever hear: quit now.

Unit is whatever you bet. Most it seems hold themselves to a certain size bet, say $100 for one unit. They like a play, they might post that they have 5 units on it.
It's a way of babying your bankroll, but me personally doing this as a hobby, there is no fun in that. Bankroll management is nice and all but ive won far more being wild and reckless than I have trying to 'manage' a bankroll over time.

Yeah I'm gonna go ahead and say DON'T listen whatsoever to that last bit. I don't get how there is no fun in having a unit system. Bankroll management is easily the most important skill for sports betting. Most newbies first of all, play mostly favorites and don't understand nuances in the lines and schedule angles, etc and arent going to pick a high percentage. But like anyone will go on streaks. Those streaks are where not having a unit system will crush a newcomer.
I won five in a row, awesome! I can't lose! Let's make some real money and put it all on the Super Bowl Champs, they'll definitely win and cover!
Or
Crap, I lost 5 in a row (or 263 dollars on the Saints) better get it back by betting the full amount I'm down! That doesn't have the potential for terrible consequences!
And you know what's NOT fun? Sitting there watching a pick you really liked blow out the other team, but you have nothing on it because you blew your whole bankroll being 'wild and reckless' on the game before thinking that it's all about fun.
Losing is never fun and most reckless players are not winners long term. In fact, despite their image of the maniac gambler they probably would cower at the thought of ever calculating their lifetime win/loss balance!
