I lost a wager with them when they played NYK at home and for a few days said to myself I won’t touch Atlanta until they fire this guy. I hated him on Portland as a coach and think he got lucky with this team. If I’m correct, the hawks will be a major play once the season starts up again . The coach getting fired midseason angle is golden . Also the timing is nice . Interim coach has a couple days to wet his beak . I’m excited to see what the hawks look like on the court rest of year

I wonder how many head coaches in various sports have been fired after a game in which I bet on their team. That number has to be over 20 by now, with McMillan being the latest.

Whoever drafted Luka and traded him to Dallas for Trae Young should be fired...

I think this may be mcmillans third time in his coaching career where he’s been fired in the middle of the season. He just always underachieves and bumps heads with his star players.

 Yoooooooo I’m on board man this Hawks team is fire man. They should WHOOP the bottom half of the league. Trae,Dejounte, Bey, CCollins, and Capela is a nasty lineup. Bring in a well balanced coach and you hit it right in the money. Big run has begun and continues tonight. Piss on the wizards playoff hopes. Get a 3rd home win in a row and just make some noise for the fans. Catching teams when they’re hot is yuuuuuge and this hawks team is it man.
