How do you sue a bookie for scam!

I just placed a bet on Toronto Raptors +9.5 during close to end of 4th quater. The bookie accpeted the bet  now 12 minutes after...game was over and Houston Rockets won by 6 points...now they are telling me they will cancel due to "past post situation"

These thieves..they always find a way to scam you. They took the whole game to be over to mention this.

Now you what i think, for people that lost the bet i am sure they will not have bets cancelled. These sports betting scam is getting too much and people have to stand up against this.

Any one knows how to deal with scams like this?

The funny thing is if this scam is not stopped...i swear i will start my own sportsbook and scam people...its just too easy to scam

I mean if they can get away with this..all they need to do is keep doing it and cancel bets that won and keep bets they win.

People when are you going to stand up against these sportsbook that go offshore to hide against being sued...i mean we need to find a way to make them stop these types of scamming..its getting too much.

I have everything already...am too smart for that...i have everything...all things to sue their behind..the problem is offshore sportsbook ofcourse...based in panama

So what can one do?

Offshore bookies? Different jurisdiction. Yea right, good luck with that. The only think you can do is spread the word to others to not sign up with this bookie. That'll hurt them. Taking legal action on this is gonna be difficult.

unless your bookie is local or is in the states, you have no chance on getting your money back. it's that simple.

That is the problem. I mean with the way online betting is setup..they can always claim this scam and cancel any big bets...they can keep doing this and insure themselves from any loss...i mean this will lead me starting a sportsbook scam websites..where everyone will post the scams of these sportsbook and track down the owners and see if they open another sportsbook..i mean this is what they do when they get caught...they stop the current name/company and start another sportsbook.

It is time for we all to stand up against these scams...if a better makes a mistake things are not reversible and then these sportsbook will claim mistake and cancel bets? When they can claim mistake almost everytime if they want to.

We got to do something.

So we all should get scamed and keep quiet. Wager money when we loose we keep quiet and when we win and they cancel bets keep quiet?

im sure it was a past post bet.the book made a mistake do u really think they are gona give away free money. if they make mistake they cancel bets. its in every books rules

u sound like a slave wanna be or u probably work for a bookie...dude there was no freaking mistake..what type of mistake is that...they cancelled bet after game is over..

I can claim mistake everytime if i run a sportsbook..its the easiest thing to do.

Bad lines happen. When it's caught they correct it i.e. cancel wagers. Deal with it. When you open up that sports book of yours you'll understand. Good luck with that.

this is the state of humanity...they dont know how to defend themselves from bullies...i am telling u about how these scum scam people...if you guys got extra logical thinking in you, you will understand this is a huge scam and its bigger than one person or what you think

Instead of you guys to make reasonable comments about best way to fight things like this or come up with some suggestions of how to report or fight against things like this, you guys are busy defending their actions. For crying out loud...they can claim mistake all the time if they want to. I mean saying i made a mistake is the easiest lie in the world and with that power it is abuse on the fair change of beting.

Anyways just like the world is filled up with ignorant and naive people, i am not surprise it includes the same morons as people who love to be bullied and scammed into oblivion. No wonder the gambling industry is striving and building huge casinos with your money plus more.

every book EVER has a stipulation that if a line is incorrect they will cancel it...
I have past posted and bet lines I knew were a mistake and almost all of them have been canceled..
if u were taking an ingame line and they canceled it u may have a point but really your only recourse is to not give the book your action...
if a book makes mistakes or cancels legit bets THEN DONT USE THEM...
