Look I know hes not coming back but just a fun topic point to discuss
If KD never went down in game 5 and from the look of things, would the warriors comeback from down 3-1?
I think yes

As a Raptors fan I'm scared shitless that they're going to come back even without Durant.
I really feel like Golden State is going to kick it up another gear now to win this one for KD.
We'll see how Toronto responds. Hopefully they can pull it out the victory!

Without KD's 11 points in the first quarter, the Raptors would of been NBA Champions and we wouldn't be having this discussion would we? I think yes.

Ok. Doesn't really work like that but whatever floats your boat. Lil nervous, huh? These Raptors fans on covers are a hilarious bunch of front runners besides you, and few others. 6ixgod seems OK. Of course the People's Champ knows where he stands with me. And there are a few others. The rest....Let's just say I never realized there were so many peeps from Toronto on this site until AFTER they won the ECF. When they're up, everyone is in here talking boss level shyt. When there's a little adversity, they're as quiet as dormice.
Truth be told, I think you guys get it done tomorrow. As i've said in other threads, seeing them desperately rush KD back has cooled me and has made it hard to get excited for a franchise that still had Sleepy Floyd and Ralph Sampson when I first went to that Arena. Mullin was in second or third year. I was like 4. Different times. The team was different. The city was different. The region was different. Progress happens but at what cost? And is it worth it?

Wish I was as confident as you Stu. Raptors had their opportunity to beat the defending champions at home in Game 5 and we didn't take advantage of it. Warriors shot 47.6% from deep compared to 25% for the Raptors, that was the winning formula along with Nurse's boneheaded clock management late in the 4th quarter. Momentum is clearly on Golden State's side, let's see if the Raptors have an answer for it in Game 6. Hope I'm wrong but I believe this series goes the distance and will be decided in Game 7 back in Toronto Sunday night.

I think they're gonna have the jelly legs after KD's injury. They're pros so maybe they'll be able to block it out byt i'll tell you, seeing a bro get injured at work shrinks your balls and gives you wobbly legs. Especially when you know they feel guilty. I don't subscribe to that "Win one for the gipper." narrative. I think that one for the gipper was Monday. I think they're going to be physically and emotionally drained. They should have resigned Nick Young. I think if they had more depth, they minimum split at home and KD doesn't play Game 5. Kerr has fucked up all series and the whole organization fucked up by having him out there. I though they would bring him off the bench. They started him and played him like he wasn't even hurt.

but whats the difference, KD was hurt for the first 4 so they gotta just keep going without him...

Speak For Yourself's Jason Whitlock believes Steve Kerr looks bad in the KD saga, "This man has an opinion on immigration, everything that goes on at the White House, any police shootings in the area but Kevin Durant, he's in control of his playing time, and you're going to leave it to Bob Myers?" BOOM!!

Whitlock is a troll. Kerr isn't like Pop. He doesn't share his opinions about non-basketball stuff as readily He is partially blame but as far as that comment, i'm sure he was told to say that by Myers and Joe Lacob. Bob Myers is his boss essentially.

without Kawhis 10 straight points in the fourth the raptors lose by a lot.
