I think Philly and Boston are both happy they're playing each other next, instead of Miami.

Heat basically have a bye in the 2nd round... Knicks won't get more than 2 games. Cavs were always the weakest team in these playoffs (in either conference). Knicks winning that series was expected and not that impressive. They are a couple levels below the 3 teams remaining in the East.

The knicks were a combined 8-4 against Boston, Philadelphia, Miami this year.

Cleveland was -195 favorite versus the Knicks in round 1,

Cleveland was second in the NBA in net rating this year.

 This is so surprising I had to look it up myself. I would have thought the Heat would be favorites in this matchup. That 8 seed tag is just a chip on Jimmy's shoulder. Means absolutely nothing now 

And Jimmy finished with a plus/minus of -10 for the series, which is pretty insane for anyone that watched.

The knicks were 3-1 against Miami during regular season.

 Cavs the weakest team? Not even close. Brooklyn had a sub 500 record post the Durant trade. They wouldn’t have even made the play in as currently constructed.

Knicks have home court and should be the favorite.  Nothing surprising here
