Gonna be an entertaining few days here. Can't wait to hear the "experts" from this forum and the media back track on their stance about the cavs. Granted, it is one game; it was no surprise here. Games 1, 2 and 3, as far as the Ws and Ls, went as I planned. Game 4 should be a treat as will all the games going forward.

It was guaranteed to happen. LeKing is just too good to get swept even tho he lost one of his key players and is playing the best team in basketball. Thats how good he is. He avoids the sweep in a convincingly fashion. Unbelievable.

It appears that most people on this site have drawn the conclusion that it was fixed because they have this perception that Golden State is the greatest team ever assembled (which compared to Bird's Celtics and the Showtime Lakers is just laughable). Everyone also seems to forget that the cavs have the best player in the past 20 years on their team hungry to bring a title to Cleveland. Even if GS wins the next two this game was very predictable. Game 4 will be decided by fewer than 6 points and if GS wins they'll finish it in 5 and if Cleveland wins I think it goes 7.

it is fixed get over it and get with it.  this series is going atleast 6. sorry but this is a business man. if golden st wins in 4 or 7 they are champs but, if it doesn't go 7 they lose a ton of money... Everyone needs a longer series bottom line

Then why are there ever series that go only 4 or 5 games?

Lol this site is the best before game 3 "Cavs have no chance" "you are all stupid for thinking Cavs can still come back do you watch basketball" "warriors sweep this is so easy" I find it hilarious that there was so many people were convinced that it was such easy money and that they were all right about a warriors sweep. Gotta love it.

I love how books totally gave away by the line (only +550) that cavs would win the series

Im speaking in past tense...Im that sure of it

 

I threw a little on the series tonight b4 the game and I don't even like series plays. I was sure of cavs tonight though so I bet large on them as well. And riding winnings gets you slightly more, but betting series was safest. Got it at +550

Forty9ers: it's pathetic isn't it. The same people who give me sh@t for thinking some games are fixed and scripted, thought the Cavs would roll over in 4? Next step is this: the majority of dubs backers think it's done in 5. Let's see.....

The media is like a horrible presidential candidate that changes their views on every topic brought up. It's hilarious but what's more comical is that people actually take the sh@t they hear from the media into account when betting their hard earned money. One day it's one thing, the next day it's another. I understand they are "doing their jobs" but at least SVP admits that their intent is to just fill the airwaves in between games. Guys like Stephen A, Russilo, I always wonder what their TRUE intent is. Those of you who know me by now know exactly what I'm getting at here but I'm not gonna waste time elaborating on that comment. Piss in the wind when speaking to so many on here....

series you could get at +635
and also i dont know what you think all the time
but the line are just made with probabilities.
if cavs take the game 4, it becomes best of 3 with gs having the home court, they will calculate the odds like any other series, gs should be fav by 6 game 5 , cleveland by 2 game 6, anyway
also depend in which book you play the odds vary
so stop thinking its low because books think something different
they just wanna keep more margin .lol

im confused why the media and so many are surprised with curry. It's simple everyone. In a series with EVERYTHING on the line, you make sure the opponents best player doesn't beat you. You follow that guy everywhere, you give that guy no room, you get physical on off the ball situations. You get into his head. Even the covers proclaimed greatest player ever,curry will struggle. The Cavs know this. Does this mean that it will work next game? No idea. It worked for one game. The man is human but hearing this news anchor idiot talk about how is curry going to fix himself? That's funny. Sounds like the bs talk about Lebron two days ago. I got a guy on here who thinks curry has been disrespected. Whether it be by players or not, who cares. It sounds to me like the disrespect is towards the Cavs here. Maybe the Cavs just played a great game and who knows, maybe curry will continue to struggle the rest of the series. After I hear the analysis about this game, almost every person says "wait until curry and Thompson go off". It's like regardless what the Cavs do,cit doesn't matter. Watch, majority will be on the dubs again in game 4. Spread will be 2/2.5 and people will think the dubs are mad and ready to bounce back. That's fine but let's talk about the Cavs too. Many people are solely going to focus on the dubs the rest of the way. That's what the media is pushing your way and it worked so far with the public getting dominated. I'm getting into this series! Friday is a big one, can't wait!

I bet Golden State to win the 2016 championship damn near a year ago at +430. It is too deep a team. Kerr is a great coach. Cleveland with the great Lebron is the beast of the east but they can't beat the best in the west. I like betting the series myself, we have seen how unpredictable each game can be. Golden State wins one game by 33 and Cleveland the next one by 30. 

I don't bet on the NBA games because I don't follow it closely enough. But each and every year their is value in betting some favorites to win some series in the playoffs. Unpredictability is minimized in a best of seven series.

haha yep there's another thread saying golden state lost game 3 on purpose so they could win game game 5 at home
