It's my pick too. What is going on here?
Either it will be a bloodbath or FREE MONEY.
Wisdom alert from the only profitable capper in this forum:
If you put special emphasis on home/away splits... Boston should be the play. Im not the fondest about that, but of course I consider it as part of my decision making.
If you don´t even care about those splits and focus solely on matchups, I think that Boston matches up quite well against the Jazz, especially with Marcus Smart back.
If you care a lot about recent form, well... Boston seems to be the play as well.
If you believe in bounce-back, dignity washing theories, like almost everyone else does in this forum, go and bet the Jazz. They were pounded in their last game
What I just said applies not only to this game but to your whole decision making prior to betting a game. Analyze all angles and arrive to the right conclusion. Of course that if you go with the media hype (especially from a couple of weeks ago), you probably would auto pound the Jazz. But if you dig a little deeper, you will be enlightened.
You are welcome. And good luck in your betting endeavours

The general betting action seems to be fairly even.

There is most definitely a BOS revenge angle here. But, historically BOS is a horrible bet as a HOME DOG against UTA (1-7).
I just can't risk good money with a record like that.

Why don’t you just stay away from this game. I don’t think there’s value in either team. There’s always going to be a winner and a loser but if you’re genuinely scratching your head trying to figure it out that means you’re about flip a coin regardless of who you choose

my radar always goes up with home dogs
i know Utah is a good team coming off a loss
but they had to travel cross country to Boston ( yes I know they had time off)
but I just can’t lay that many points at home in what I see as a fairly even matchup.
I dont see it as a coin flip I think Boston is motivated to win here
judt my humble opinion

As long as you’re confident and not trying to convince yourself then by all means. Me personally, I don’t see nothing enticing about this line on either side. That doesn’t mean what you said won’t happen cause it very well can. I just told OP if you’re struggling to find a side you’re just flipping a coin instead of having concrete reasons and motives behind the play.
