To Ref the NBA..and especially The finals... than it looks
Dont get me wrong I think theyre crooked as hell...this post isnt about tall that...Just thinking in general about how tough it would be ... we have a pretty nice view from the couch but, even as a fan when you sit close to the court you see how fast that sht is moving...

Exactly, as a fan you get to see 2 or 3 different angles in super slow motion, a ref gets to see 1 angle at full speed, he gets 1 chance at full speed to get every call right, ain't going to happen folks.
And he may have parts of a play blocked by another player.
Mistakes are going to be made that is the reality of it and you need to learn to live with those mistakes.
Fans who falsely believe that they are some-how smarter and/or better refs then the refs because they got to see a play from 3 different angles in super slow motion and the ref saw the play 1 time at full speed are flat-out not educated at all.
I hope like heck you can get the call right more often then the ref by watching the play from 3 different angles in super slow motion and seeing all 3 angles multipile times, I can beat the ref every time in that case, well duh.
All that proves if how damn uneducated the fan is and how much a fan roots for their team regardless of anything else.

The crew who reffed last night wont be called upon for any further games in these finals....they are on "paid leave" unofficially....trust me. What they did with 2sec left (Brothers initiated this), was strictly to give themselves more facetime as the 3 of these refs are the biggest attention whorres out of all nba refs....to call Tristan a flagrant 2 and eject him when the replay clearly showed him simply contesting a "disgraceful shot attempt by Livingston" when everyone knows the etiquette in that spot is to dribble out the shot clock and then game over on the next possession...sure it originally looked like Thompson was going up to lay out the guy with a super hard foul, but in the end Tristan held back and didnt even foul the guy...Brothers called the foul on a delayed reaction expecting it to be worse than it actually was.
Any officiating crew in that spot would have done whatever it took to get that clock to zero as quickly as possible to avoid all the drama that ensued afterwards.
Reffing is hard, but these 3 last night botched up the entire game...want to start on the overrule blocking/charging call with 36 sec left??? In what reality are we living when in the history of the nba finals that call has never once been overturned...ever.
People want to say Lebron gets all the calls? Well last night should shut everyone up permanently...he didnt scratch his eyeball himself eh? How about that clear strip of the ball on KD a little earlier eh? How about these refs take accountability (Tony Brothers) and put out a statememnt today where they actually come out and say they messed up badly and apologize....in the end it will only help humanize their jobs and put out the fires...just like that Baseball ump who took away that Detroit pitchers perfect game with a blown call on the final out.

Not sure what all the hoopla is for...On the charge/block call...The back ref call block and the front ref was about to call a charge and made the motion then clapped his hands...He did not make the charge call motioning his hands forward.
