I would want a higher payout to lock my money up for the long run. Although i feel he has a great shot at winning this again i feel u need more like +160 or better...

Carmelo will make a run at this as well IMO...

hopefully durant has a bad first few weeks and you can get him at around +160 or higher

Although I think he will win it but theres no sure thing and odds is right about locking your money up for like 6 months with odds of +120

Correct me if im wrong as i have no interest in placing a wager on something like this. But did u just ask the forum if +120 was a good number for Durant to win the scoring title and then go and lay -230 ( almost double) elsewhere...

No I think he locked up his bet at +120 and is just saying its -230 at Pinny...Just showing he got way better odds than what is out there

Haha, thankfully no.

My local is slow moving lines, so when I originally posted this it was + 120 at my local, so I bet it.

The a few hours later I decided to check the lines elsewhere and Pinny had it at - 230 ish.............

I guess I got a bargain, I guess we will know for sure in 6 months from now............

Win or lose, + odds on Durant is a GREAT bet.

Those saying it isn't aren't looking at the big picture. Who were the two biggest threats to Durant in years passed? LEBRON AND WADE. And with them playing together, neither is gonna be near Durant's level for the scoring title. That leaves us with who else? Kobe? His scoring numbers have faded drastically the last couple seasons. Melo? Probably the biggest threat but I don't think he is anywhere on Durant's level over the course of an entire season.

The NBA is different from other sports in that you usually know what you are gonna get from the top players. You'll never have a player come out of NOWHERE to become the type of player who can lead the entire league in scoring. Therefore there are only 4-5 guys who can possibly win the scoring title. And due to the reasons above...

It is a fantastic bet at + money.
