Kings have exposed the weakest link on the warriors.

Malik monk and the kings have exposed it and that’s jordan Poole.

poole is a liability on defense and there’s a video on YouTube where monk is calling Poole a “cone” during shootaround and telling him he can’t guard him.

kerr would be smart to bench Poole but I think he’s gonna live and die with Poole in this series. Which means getting exposed on defense in exchange of offense which Poole hasn’t been produced much of.. 

honestly as much as I hate draymond.. he broke Poole during the offseason but that’s what Poole gets for running his mouth during the offseason thinking he was the next superstar.

just look at the video of monk punking him and it’s because he started running his mouth like he’s nice. Monk know and the entire league knows why draymond punched and it’s because Poole is a punk who thinks he’s better than the majority of the nba when he’s not.

Totally agree. He squelched any possible hope of a comeback yesterday with his horrific defense and turnovers

Poole is an elite (open) shooter with a nice handle so I think that’s where the disconnect lies with him. He probably thinks he starts on any other team too, but he is Jordan clarkson 2.0

You are a person who doesn't know anything about basketball.  Both of these statements are very wrong!

The OP is correct... they already took Kuminga out of this series by exposing his weak defense and going on runs every time he's in the game. Kerr was smart to make the adjustment and get him out of the rotation... but Kerr is being stubborn and keeping Poole in the game. If Poole plays a significant role in Game 7, Warriors will probably lose, and Kerr is to blame!

Poole is NOT an elite shooter, and his ball-handling is absolutely horrendous!  The only exceptional skill he has is speed, and that speed leads to turnovers and bad shots just as often as it leads to anything good.  He's shooting 24% from 3-point range in this series, and about 33% for the season (the same as his career 3-point percentage).

If that's elite... then I am the God of basketball!

Obviously all teams try to get Curry switched on to their best player, to make him work harder on defense, and because most of the Warriors are elite defenders. However, when Poole is in the game, they are attacking him. When Kuminga is in the game, they are attacking him.  JK and Poole are the Warriors two weakest defenders, and Mike Brown is very well aware of that. Kerr already made the adjustment with JK, by getting him out of the rotation... but he hasn't made the adjustment with Poole yet. I suspect he will have a very limited role in game 6, and he won't be in that starting lineup again.
