man I hate overs but I don't see any way around this one...these teams are coming off 2 unders in this series but those games literally were last year and at that point Lebron wasn't playing center, now he is and the pace is redonk and any "true" center has a field day when LBJ starts at center like I think he will tonight...unless Lakers no show again in the desert this should be fun

Hahaha… I know where you’re coming from with the overs/unders. For me, games like the 76ers and Magic today are the reason I stay away from the unders. That game had no right hitting the over, at one stage in the middle of the 3Q it was on track for 199 points, they both went scoreless for the final 3 mins in the 4Q and OT saved the day. If I had the under on that game I would be downing my sorrows with some scotch right now

The Lakers are now 5-17 this season and 4-18 ATS after winning and covering their previous game. It's even worse when they're on the road after a SU & ATS win. With the Suns coming off a home loss to the Raptors on Friday, the beleaguered Lakers had no shot tonight.

I had of seen this excerpt from the associated press article before I made the bet prior to last nights debacle:
Anthony Davis had a few words to say about the Los Angeles Lakers' playoff loss to the Phoenix Suns last season before the teams played Sunday night.
The Suns got the last word.
Devin Booker scored 30 points, Deandre Ayton had 23 points and 16 rebounds in just 27 minutes and the NBA-leading Suns routed the Lakers 140-111.
Booker also had 10 assists and four steals. Mikal Bridges added 18 points to help Phoenix move 40 games over .500 at 54-14. The 140 points were a season high for the Suns.
Davis told reporters before the game that the Lakers would have beaten the Suns last year in their postseason series had he not been sidelined with a groin injury.
“We know that. They know that. They got away with one,” Davis said.
Booker said the Suns heard about Davis' comments before the teams took the court Sunday.
“Instead of taking the high (road), you make a comment like that,” Booker said.
