first of all i am not going to even mention the obvious players like bismack biyombo on the bobcats, jeffrey taylor, maurice harkless, or darius morris, etc. Guys like this might just be in there for defensive purposes or whatever, but i'm focused on some high profile guys like these:
O.J. Mayo - holy fuckin'SHlT, a 6-4 shooting guard who went to the mavericks for a reason, let go by memphis, having his best shooting year field goal wise at 46.5% from the field. How the hell is he even at this percentage? I guarantee you his percentage is going to be down as we near the playoffs. Did anyone see him play against okc? Any team with a good defender is going to be able to shut him down, oj mayo will never fool me, i remember when he played for 1 year at usc, happy to see mike conley doing so well now actually. oj mayo cannot do jack SHlT vs a good defender or a team with a good defense.
Deron Williams - I remember when he was at Illinois and i said there's no fuckin'way he is going to do good in the nba. His rookie year of course wasn't that good but then the next 4.5 years, how the hell was he so good and then going to new jersey, he hasn't done anything. He's playing exactly the way i thought he would now which is a very poor field goal shooting percentage. Jerry Sloan is definitely a genius and deron williams can only do well in a great system/coach unlike say a kobe bryant who can adjust his game to any coach/system. You can't fool me Deron Williams!
Metta World Peace - Hell yeah he has been playing a lot better but wow, he's a career 41.8% from the field at the forward position. This guy is a nutjob, banging elbows on james harden like he did last year and he's very inconsistent. Last year he came out of shape after the lockout happened and he is not an inspired basketball player. He only plays when he feels like it, and his steals numbers were way down till this year. I absolutely cannot believe the lakers have held onto him this long, and there's a reason why serge ibaka wanted to shove him in his face earlier this year.
Brandon Jennings - for his nba career shooting fg percentage at a career 39%, that is very unacceptable and he wonders why the coach didn't play him in the 4th quarters earlier this season? This guy is a fuckin'whiner and very inconsistent. Just cause he scored 55 points as a rookie one time vs golden state, i'm sorry but brandon jennings is bullshit.
Russell Westbrook - 42.7% fg from the field careerwise and shooting under 40% so far this season. One day this guy will implode, there was a reason why he played behind darren collison at ucla. When he was drafted as early as okc picked him his rookie year, i could not believe it. I know it's really hard to see this but you really have to watch russell westbrook play basketball over a period of time to really see what i mean. anytime i have a bet against westbrook or on okc, he becomes involved in the game in such a way that angers me and i can no longer watch, gotta switch it to something else. And during the rare times that he does something in my favor whether i am betting against okc or need them to cover, it's like got damn why does this have to be this way with him all the time, he's very inconsistent.
Jason Richardson - career 44% fg from the field, but he played with the suns and warriors at a time where both teams were run and gun. On any other team he's barely 40% from the field and that is very unacceptable for a swingman that he is. Hell his defense isn't even that great either, highly overrated player with a big name.
Demarcus Cousins - Holy fuckin'shit, talk about a guy who is dumb as a rock on the basketball court who over reacts and has an attitude problem, going after sean elliott the commentator on the spurs for what he said on the air? And he says he can move his feet like no other big man can like him? He's 6 foot 11, almost a 7 footer and he's shooting 43.6% from the field careerwise and 41.4 percent from the field this season alone. That is absolutely bullcrap for a big man like him. Somebody needs to grab a rebound up high and elbow the fukk out of his orbital bones coming down.
Andrea Bargnani - 43.8% from the field careerwise, at least this guy is known to shoot three pointers but still, he's a 7 footer drafted first overall with a lot of hype but he's a waste. He might do well in a run and gun type offense of the suns and warriors of back then but it's unfortunate. On any other team he's probably not the starter but because he's played for craptors since he first came out, he starts. On top of everything, he's always injured.
Randy Foye - at least the clippers were smart to get rid of him and there was a reason for that. Why do teams continue to try and start shooting guards who are undersized? I'd rather have a decent defender who won't score as much and they don't even have to be as good of a defender as tony allen. Randy Foye career fg is 41% yet the last 3 seasons, he has been under 40%, randy foye is bullshit for sure.
