Happened to me before, I actually complained to my bookie about that and I told him it was an honest mistake and I didn’t mean to take the same bet 6 times ( 6 times!)
he was nice enough to not count the other 5 as he viewed it as an honest mistake.

I accidentally kept clicking the bet button because it kept saying my bet didn't go through (or so I thought). Only after the game ended, did I find out it counted all those clicks as bets. Using BETMGM. That is some scary stuff. Emptied my whole bankroll on one bet.
Bookmaker does this a lot.. I once bet $1K on a live betting and was waiting until the bet was accepted and it kept on having the circle icon...Hit it 3 more times and ended up betting $4k live bet on a game.. I have since figures them out. I always check my open wagers...to see if it went through or not..
