Despite the numbers someone should walk that horse to retirement...no heart whatsoever. They look so unprepared from a coaching perspective, it's unbelievable. You could teach more to a retard, then to a Cleveland Cavalier. I had the over 206...when they waved the layup by Green, because of the Verajau/Love foul I instantly new I'll need that basket...fcuk

The irony of this
Learn the difference between then and than.
You're mad because you lost your bet, take it on the chin and move on

Rest ...No Rest...It did not matter... Game got real physical and James was soft out there. For a guy as physically imposing as he is, he did not impose his will as he should have.

A point that few have brought up.... he has a TON of miles on him. Some friends and I were discussing this the other night. He rarely has any chase down blocks anymore. His burst is not always there late in the game. I wouldn't be surprised if he skipped out on the Olympics, and I wouldn't blame him if he did. He should not get any heat for that decision

He's in his 13th season in the NBA and has a ton of miles from all these post season games... The MVP days are behind him and he will be turning 32 later this year Amazing run winning 4 out of 5 MVPS though.. I also thought he should have won NBA Defensive Player of the year in 2012 as well....

He got 6-7 more years left in him. Defintely. Greatest athlete of all time by a thousand miles. And more.
No he doesn't. I'm currently in the middle of a bet with a friend of mine that I made last year that the Cavs wouldn't win a championship with LeBron over the next 3 years. Wow, pretty ballsy of me, right? Why in the world would I have made such a bet?
Well, first off, I knew the Cavs were being overhyped and there wasn't enough talent on the team. Secondly, I knew LeBron's athletic ability would eventually decline a bit and it has. I'd say he's a half step slower this year from what I've seen. Last of all, what you don't realize is the way he plays basketball is entirely reliant on his athletic skill, not actually running pure offense and having spots on the floor to shoot from with ease.
Have you ever watched how he shoots the ball? He puts a bit of side spin on his shots and there isn't a lot of arc. His shot is actually terrible form but nobody ever told him to fix it because he's LeBron James and they were too scared to speak up.
If anything, I believe a safe prediction with LeBron is that everyone is going to be shocked at how he looks once he loses even more of his athletic ability and burst because he's spent his whole life using it, rather than taking the time to become a real post player and a shooter.

If he can stay healthy, I can see him playing good basketball for 2 or 3 more years. 34 or 35-ish would be my guess as to his "last year", and then his performance might nose dive after that

He would be wise to sign the 5 year max this summer. If he does not and signs the 1 year + player option I hope he gets burned next summer. No way can you give a 33 year old a 5 year $160 Million contract. His offensive skills are clearly declining. He has probably 2 solid year left.
