Miami is on the brink of their season, and on the brink of making the playoffs. Sitting at the 9th spot in the East just one game behind the magic.
Miami suffered two losses to the celtics and now this Minnesota game is absolutely imperative that they win, because chances are orlando will beat hawks tonight. So if Miami wants to continue their race to the playoffs they will have to start by beating Minnesota. Orlando has a easy schedule ahead. Miami has a much tougher one with games facing Tor/philly and bkn.
This is a must win for Miami and Dwade. I dont think dwade wants to go down not making the playoffs.
Miami is one of the best Road teams in the nba: Heat are 45-22-2 ATS in their last 69 road games.
Miami has the better bench. Miami should be way more hungry tonight than minni.
Minnesota will obviously come out trying to play playoff spoiler BUT I expect Miami to come out with playoff intensity tonight and game plan should be to contain KAT. Which they can accomplish with their zone defense and beat the timberwolves and cover the spread.
