Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the crib, not a creature was stirring, except Mak's Pitbull, Big. Mak laid down his food and told Biggie, he'll be back in a jiffy, then went downstairs to leave Santa his annual cookies and spliffy. As he got downstairs, Mak heard a big clatter, it was old Saint Nick, and man had he gotten fatter. Mak shouted; in Kenya?! You made it?! Of course my good boy, you're the only one who knows Santa likes to get faded. So Mak poured Santa some Blue Label, and sparked up his joint, ok said Saint Nick, let's get straight to the point. What is it you want this year, he said with one of his sly looks, you know what I want Nick, I want to beat the bad books. Ho Ho Ho he boomed with a mighty big bellow, I expected nothing less my money hungry young fellow. Santa took a sip of his tonic, a toke from his chronic, but didn't begin to spit any logic. Instead reaching in his red bag, after a long big grapple, he pulled out what was, a massive big apple. New York?! Mak groaned, with a disgusted face, but that team is such a disgrace! Santa just smiled and reached in once more, he pulled out a trophy, and then 4 more. So the Champs I presume?, Mak asked all giddy, Santa replied, you know I love Timmy. Once more the fatman, reached into his bag, and pulled out what seemed, like a cheap jab. A Queen's crown? Mak said with a smile, I get it, you funny old clown. Finally big Nick pulled out a bowl of curry and rice, and Mak replied, didn't need you for that one, but nice nice nice. So Santa finished his last toke, and shot down his whisky, just when Big came down and started to get frisky. Appreciate the help, Mak said, and handed Santa a cookie, no problem big Mak, just beat that bookie. Mak sure does hope that Santa is right, but either way, he wishes you all luck, and all a good night.

I know how good the Bulls were with all the pieces in place the other night, but I will bank on maybe the home team having a little too much for dinner last night, and a big effort from Kobe on the big Christmas day stage b/c he knows he won't get to come April
