I actually like the way Dallas is playing since "The Trade"...They're 3-2 SU and 4-0-1 Ats last 5 games. The team is playing with a big chip on their shoulder... Nobody's giving them a shot to make the playoffs. You have the fans mad at the owner and general manager and fans wanting to boycott the team and not show any support but winning solves all of that. The players are kinda feeding off of that like it's us against the world.
I understand Dallas Just came off a very emotional and intense game yesterday. As we all know, Klay Thompson played for the Golden State Warriors for years then took his talents to the Dallas Mavericks... Dallas played in Golden State earlier this season and lost a very close game...Fans gave Klay an excellent reception but you could tell Klay Thompson really wanted to win that game. So, when Golden State came to Dallas Klay really wanted to win yesterday. This was a huge game. It was like a playoff game.
Naturally your expecting a let down but this New look Dallas team believes. You also have Miami Heat moving in the opposite direction after their trade...Miami is 0-3 SU and 0-2-1 Ats after they traded Jimmy Butler.
Miami is also 3-9 Ats as a Road favorite this season. 12-17 Ats as a favorite overall.
Dallas is 6-3 Ats with no rest. 6-4 Ats as a home underdog.
I understand a lot of guys are out for Dallas but quite a few guys are out for Miami as well.
I truly believe The Mavs will take care of business.
Final score 108-101. Mavs Win Outright.
