Kobe has already lost twice. Celtics are 9-2 vs lakers in NBA Finals. All year people been ripping on derek fisher. Well here it is. If Ron artest tries to rip paul pierce's shorts again he is gonna drain 3's all series. Rasheed Wallace was apart of those pistons to take down the lakers with karl malone and gary payton in 5 games. Celtics are 6-3 on the road this playoff year and the best road team in the regular season this year. They beat 3 teams heat/cavs/magic who had the best player amongst both teams.

This is IRRELEVANT. The 9-2 Record you are referring to were mostly in the 60's. Then the Era of Bird vs Magic in the 80's, Lakers were 2-1. 84' Boston, 85' Lakers, 87' Lakers. Then the recent of 2 years ago were the Celtics obviously beat up our Lakers. For the most part, the current players for both teams could care less about the outcome in the 60's.

Meaning he has been to the finals as many times as Jordan and will eclipse him this year and maybe add more next year...

I hope he does lose 3 in a row, then maybe people would stop comparing him to Jordan. Kobe is an electrifying player & no doubt the best player in the NBA as we speak, but imo, he's no where near in what Jordan has accomplished.

That's another thing they should change! They should make college athletes go 4 years before entering the NBA.

also in those 3 series wins against the heat/cavs/magic none of those teams thought they would lose to the celtics. but the lakers no better they lost the nba finals to them 2 seasons ago they will take the celtics seriously.

tim donaghy said that the nba head office would let the refs do the dirty work and let the almighty dollar call the winner of this series.

No way.

If that was the case then Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, Tyreke Evans and Derrick Rose among others would not yet be drafted!
