Minnesota tried to play Rudy Gobert straight up against Jokic 3 games in a row and Jokic dominated that matchup, so they went back to Game 2 game plan in Game 6 double Jokic but this time that game plan worked even better because they had Rudy Gobert (Defensive Player of the Year).

The key here is...Does Minnesota stick to what has worked??? Or do they revert back to what hasn't worked. I Believe they will stick to what has worked in Game 2 and Game 6. 

Another key is does Denver have any adjustments left??? I don't think so.

Final score 101-98!!! Minnesota advances to Western Conference Finals.

I would be careful looking at trends because game 7 is not like the others.. Really it was KAT on Jokic and Denver had way less urgency.. sloppy ball handling you won’t see tonight. Did you think Rudy deserved DPOY because if you did you don’t believe in analytics… Wembayama was far more effective. 

Roll players play way better at home. You have one team that’s won a title, another never. Clutch players like Murray who’ve hit pressure shots. I believe only a team who’s won a title can win a game 7 on the road. Sorry, this could get ugly

 Pacers just won on the road Game 7 but they shot an amazing NBA Playoffs record of 67%from the field.

I'm a Spurs fan since David Robinson was on the team. I follow the Spurs very closely and I believe Rudy Gobert deserved Defensive Player of the year.

For those of you who are keeping track since 2021 Playoffs (that's when the NBA went to 10 teams making the playoffs/play-in/playoff format) the road team in Game 7 conference Semifinals round is 5-2 SU and Ats. (Hawks and Bucks 2021 second round game 7, Dallas 2022, Pacers and Minnesota today.) The 2 home teams to win were Celtics twice 2022 and 2023.

 I'm giving the Pacers a lot of credit for shooting 67% on the road in Madison Square Garden Game 7 environment.

If you put most people in a gym by themselves with nobody guarding them, they wouldn't shoot that percentage from the field...

I'm assuming you play sports, so you know how challenging it is to play a must win playoff game.

Yes I'm Going to give Indiana a lot of credit for winning on the road... especially a young team like them who has struggled on the road in the playoffs...

The road teams have now won 8 out of the last 11 NBA game 7s..Congrats jdukes

I'm trying to figure out what game you were watching Minnesota Timberwolves defense played at another level in the second half... They completely locked down all the role players of the Nuggets. Once Anthony Edwards started to guard Murray the rest of the team defense picked up.

Minnesota had 6 players in double figures... Denver 2 in double figures.

You're The one who told me role players normally play better at home and that is right. But today Indiana's role players played excellent and Minnesota's role players played well.

You're right today was historical... Indiana shoots 67% from the field on the road in Game 7 and Minnesota down by 15 at the half comes back and wins...2 Anomalies...
