Without Kanter who averages 14.4 pts per game and 6.7 rebounds and can also defend the paint OKC loses. Grizz are 9-2 ATS L11 on a days rest. Grizz are 18-7 ATS L25 vs west opponents. OKC is 4-9 ATS L13 games on Fridays . Predictive rankings favor Grizz # 9 compared to OKC # 11 plus a 1.2 differential . Grizz away ranking ranks # 6 at a + 3.3 compared to OKC home ranking # 8 at a + 2.7 L5 power ratings favor Grizz # 3 + 11.0 compared to OKC # 24 at a - 5.6. Second half ratings favor Grizz # 7 + 1.7 compared to OKC # 19 - 5.6 which means OKC is not a strong second half team because there main guy RW is gassed because , he doesn't have much help. Memphis is a big, physical team that ranks 3rd in defensive effiecientcy and their scoring offense effiecientcy for the past month since Conleys return has gotten a lot better. Gasol is a force in the paint along with Zack. Adams may foul out tonight dealing with these two monsters. Memphis is on a mission and I'm on them huge tonight + 2. Huh?

Kanter is one of the worst defenders in all of the NBA.

Not sure why you're using this logic here to defend that OKC will lose because they're missing Kanter's "defensive presence".

Dude get out of here with your bone head comment in my thread. You take OKC then without him, and see what happens. They need him to back up Adams , especially against Grizz.

Also I never said he was great defensive player , but anytime you're a seven footer with a little agility , you can make plays. My money is on Memphis and I guarantee Adams will miss Kanter tonight playing against this team . Memphis takes this .

Jan 11 matchup between these 2 teams: okc played at home line was okc -4.5 they won by 8. Kanter had 19 points 12 boards off the bench. The thunder need him, he's huge for them off the bench they have no one else half decent to step up in his absence. I think kanter being out is huge. Not sure if I'll bet this game or not but if I had to I would definitely take Memphis.

CTK you know your baskets. It's going to be one of those hard fought battles, but imo , Memphis will wear them out in the 4th. Kanter is a huge part of their rotation . I capped this game hard like I cap all my games and Memphis fits all parameters to win without Kanter. Rebounds alone and second chance points will be huge tonight.

Good investment six. Memphis wins by at least 4 pts . I've been doing this for a long time, and the way I cap works well for me. Been collecting from my book for months now. Memphis is on a mission. They feel they can make it to conference finals. RW is a beast but , he can't carry this team on his back against physical teams like Memphis .
