I loved to see LeBron lose once again...but it wasn't his fault. Dude averaged 35.8 points...13.3 rebounds and 8.8 assists against THE BEST DEFENSIVE TEAM in the NBA. If Irving, Love, and Varejao weren't injured it would have been an absolutely amazing Finals. Unfortunately they could only play 7 guys against THE BEST OFFENSIVE TEAM in the NBA and they ran out of gas in the 4th quarter in every loss. I'll remember this Finals as being LeBron vs Curry in an incredible duel and LeBron proving that he is so far ahead of everyone in the NBA from a talent standpoint that it's not even funny. Andre Iguodala is about 352nd on that list

In all honesty...that was one of the worst travesties I've ever seen in sports.  The MVP should be the first thing you think of when you mention that event.  If anyone looks back on this Finals and thinks "Andre Iguodala"...you are Andre Iguodala or his mother.  There were two options for this award...James and Curry.  That's it.

Overall, one of the best Finals I've seen in a long time.  Both teams busted their asses for 7 games...but like I said up above the Cavs just ran out of gas late in games and didn't have a second offensive option to give a break to LeBron

I also would like to say that I wish I could have devoted more time to making money this year, but unfortunately got swamped with work and didn't have the time to devote to it...hopefully next year I'll be back with a vengeance!!

Great finals for sure but I think Warriors may have lost if Verajao, Love and Irving.  Not enough scoring for this Cavs team.  I love Kerr and this is a fine day by me.

CMJohnson1.....got mad love for you but to say that Lebron is so far ahead of everybody in the NBA is out of line. I will agree that cat is hella tight BUT, when you are the leagues star, you're going to get calls to go in your favor. If you watched any of his games this year you would see him get a lot of shady calls AND refs would be placed to call CAVS game who would favor Mr. Golden Boy. Lebron is a great player but it bothers me when the league helps him out with the refs.....he doesn't need it!!!!!!

Just would have liked to have seen how these finals would have played out had the Cavs had a 100% healthy Irving. Lebron showed a bunch & probably should have been MVP, but always much tougher for a guy that has to do too much for his club to have a shot & it ends up showin up in the stats as well.

Congrats to the Warriors & they're a helluva team, but they did get to play the Rockets with 2 starters down & Cleve as well.

First of all...LeBron gets the benefit of the doubt with the refs as has EVERY star in the league for the past 40 years...it's just the way it is.

LeBron is far and away better than anyone else in this league, and this Finals proved it.  Take Matthew Dellavedova, JR Smith, Timofey Mozgov, Tristan Thompson, Iman Shumpert and put them with anyone else and tell me if they make the Finals.  Hell, tell me if they make the playoffs!

Warriors were the best team this year no doubt, and they deserved to win it.  Very happy for them

    "I do get jealous, I'm not gonna lie," he revealed. "I get jealous sometimes when I look over at KD and he's like 16-for-32 and then 14-for-34.""You give me 37 shots in a game, I'll have 60, 70," James said. "If I get 37 shots in a game, I'm going to put up 60. Easy."...Game 1= 44pts on 38 SHOTS...Game 2= 39pts on 35 SHOTS...Game 3= 40pts on 34 SHOTS...Game 4= 20pts on 22 SHOTS...Game 5= 40pts on 34 SHOTS...Game 6= 32pts on 33 SHOTS

Durant also has a little guy next to him that puts up 25-30 a game.

That's my main takeaway from this series...there is no legitimate reason to hate Lebron. You can dislike him...but there is no reason to hate on him.

He brought a turd sandwich to the NBA Finals and gave them a chance in every single game against a team that should have beat them by 20 without an issue

Can't call yourself the best and average 30 points on 27 shots + 8 FT's a game. He should have scored 50 or more, even one or two games. He still chooses to shoot fade away jumpers and long 3's. He has always relied on his natural gifts and always will. Missing FT's in do or die situations is just unacceptable for a player that is held to such a standard. I understand this team is garbage, but they meshed well and they were able to beat a talented bulls team and swept the hawks.

LBJ in 2013 playing next to a former finals MVP Wade and Bosch shot 44% of worse in 5 of 7 games.

LBJ has a strong, strong history of very poor shooting efficiency in the NBA Finals.

I've been reporting this for years now, and he does it again this year, shooting a horrendous 39% in game 6 and in the series.

FG% has the highest correlation to winning games, it contributes the most to winning games, it contributes far more than rebounding or assists do.

That's the most important thing one needs to understand about triple doubles.

Volume scoring without efficiency does not lead to winning.

    1. First off the Wayne Wade wasn't the Dwayne Wade we know during those finals. he was an old tired d wade
    2. This series there is at least two guys guarding him at all times. Against the best defensive team in the league. absolutely no shooters around him. so obviously it's going to be tough to score and efficient rate
    3. He does not get all the calls. Realistically he should probably shoot 8-10 more free throws per game. If the gave him all the touch fouls that curry harden Durant and other elite players get it would be crazy. the referees let a lot go because he's so big. multiple times during this series all the commentators talked about how they've never seen and all their life the elite player not get any calls
    4. Curry also missed free throws during the game last night. not always going to go in he is the best free throw shooter in the league.
    5. I do agree he settles for jumpers way too much.I do agree he settle for diapers way too much. The problem is that he wants to prove to everybody he can score shooting jump shot, which he should not do, however if he scores going to the basket every time everyone will just say he only scores cuz he plays bully ball

Plus I read a few people talk about him padding his stats scoring a handful of points when the game is probably out of reach......so If he continues to play hard and score he is just padding stats....but if he just cruises to the end of game he "checked out" or is a quitter. What does he have to do to please everyone
