What's this shit they keep doing even if a team is up like by 8 or so the winning team just dribbles the ball out and doesn't even shoot the ball???? Just lets the clock run out. What about the other team just stopping them, instead of feeling sorry for the other team??? What a joke!!! All has to do with the gambling aspect of it. Can't tell me it doesn't

Cavs / Bucks game. I had live bet over 248.5. The Cavs had the ball with 40 seconds left, just let the clock run down to like 5 seconds for a 24 second violation. Then the Bucks in bound the ball with 5 seconds left and just dribbles the clock out. I lost by the hook. They scored 248.5 and they scored 248

Your point would still be wrong but would be more valid if you had the opening line of 226.5 which was the beginning of game over/under and they stopped trying to score at 226. However teams stop trying to score sometimes when they know the game is over to prevent injuries or just for the winning team not trying to showboat and rub the losing team's nose in the loss, it's called sportsmanship. Lastly, if you live bet it, live bets move to different numbers, it could have been 248.5 then 247.5 249.5 or 245.5 the problem is not the two teams who stopped trying to score. The problem is you should have caught 247.5 or 246.5 or 245.5 then you would have won. I wish people would learn to accept their losses as the wrong bet and stop thinking the game is fixed smh.

There are a lot of different lines for live betting. Do you think they picked your line of 248.5 and purposely made it go under? It opened at 223 and closed at 226. I don't think they get signals telling them not to go over 248.5. They don't score when the game is ending out of sportsmanship, and because they are tired.

Never said there were not any dirty individuals, but what the O P stated was both TEAMS stopped trying to score, so you think both teams was in on not trying to score over 248.5? That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever

I would prefer that outcome as I am more an under bettor that over. If you'd had the under both teams would have probably been jacking up 3's to end the game as most teams do in blowout game. Can't have it both ways I guess

I imagine the guys who think basketball players are actively trying to interfere with their 50 dollar live bet are the same ones who think 5G towers are spreading covid 19.
Yeah bro, they're shaving points on some line that was offered for 90 seconds in the 3rd quarter.
I also got screwed by this on the Philly game. They held the ball down to a shot clock violation, typically the losing team dribbles it out there in response. But not Gabe fkin York... wanted to kill that clown.
However, it's actually not considered bad etiquette what he did. The losing team is 'allowed' to try and make the score more respectable while the winner is frowned upon for running it up even more. And if you're a guy who is trying to make the most of his limited opportunity, show you can hit a shot, I get it. And being so green you can argue he doesn't know he's supposed to dribble it out there.
Bottom line is 14 pt favs in the NBA suck, and in any situation where the cover comes down to the last few possessions in an already decided game it's gonna be shenanigans. If Philly took a shot and missed they probably would have just gave up and let them dunk on the other end.
I wish they would at least run the offense and take a shot though. I can see why they don't it's the NBA equivalent of taking a knee but the whole point of the shot clock was to prevent running the clock down with a lead which is what teams used to do, it's literally why the shot clock was invented

Yeah bro I'm a 50 dollar bettor. Go away. You don't know me dude, you act like I'm a teenager betting my weekly allowance. You have no idea, who the hell I am. I've bet for almost 30 years. You think nothing isn't shady in any of these games, then you're naive as hell. Wake up buddy
