Hows Cleveland +360 at this point to win NBA? Are they really such underdogs to GSW come the finals?

Utah to win GM3 +230...Cle to win NBA or beat Gsw when it comes to it +360. Just seems odd thats all. I bought a ton of Cleveland at +460 and plan was to lay them off once they reach the finals. Someone just keeps laying them at high price for tens of thousands atm. Hopefully I will not be holding a bag of poop at the end.
