5-2 last 2 days, big card today but Miami and Toronto are my top plays.
One of my favorite angles in the NBA is revenge games from bad spots. I remember betting on the Warriors last year in the first of two matchups against the Raptors as it was Toronto’s 5th straight road game on a long 12 day trip, and playing without Demar Derozan. The Warriors blew them out that game 126-105 as Toronto never really had a chance. The Raptors had a chance to play them again 2 months later but were coming off of 3 straight losses and obviously struggling during that stretch. The Raptors shot a season low 18% from 3 making just 4-22 shots and went an entire quarter making just 1 field goal, again leading to another blowout. Festus Ezeli also got into a physical altercation with Tyler Hansbrough that led to some jawing back and forth throughout the game. This time around I like Toronto’s chances and the Warriors showed signs of slowing down against Brooklyn last game.
Also really like Miami as they are really gelling right now and Minnesota hasn't proven they can be competitive against tough defenses.
- Wizards -4 (1.5x)
- Nets +5 (1.5x)
- Heat -8.5 (2x)
- Cavaliers -4 (1x)
- Raptors +8.5 (2x)
Got absolutely murdered on some of these lines - what I get for
locking in my plays early. Still like all the plays regardless just wish I got Washington at -3 and Toronto at +10 which is available now (Klay Thompson and Draymond Green both were in shoot-around). Hopefully won’t hurt me for tonight.
