Young Coach Lee with a young roster will compete. I don't expect a DD win for the Lakers, just a 2-3 possession type win. Charlotte #4 in rebounds and will prove helpful against a bottom quartile rebounding Lakers team.

N. Smith needs to pass the rock to Ball and have him put up 28 shots. He is ice cold.. There is only really 3 consistent scorers on this team. He is not one of them.

Some takeaways.. Charlotte is a player away from being really competitive team. ie. point guard. N. Smith horrendous shooting night still won. As Expected, Bridges and Ball performed.
Lakers still need to emphasize a little more defense. D.F. Smith needs more minutes. Len slows the game down but still an experiment at best. Having Vanderbilt with more minutes will also improve Lakers defensive showing. Even though they outrebounded Charlotte, Lakers just shot cold when it really mattered. Charlotte's defense had something to do with it. I still think they show up when the games matters. They will still make a run in the west. OKC, Memphis, Nuggets play better defense. We all know defense wins championships.
