East coast teams on west coast road trips of 3 or more games always steal one of these or have some success covering. Home team tends not to care unless its a big team like a title contender they can measure themsdelves asgainst while the road team on a long trip wants to steal one or two. Value in the points. They tend to know this so they lower some of these line sometimes.
