Under is your best bet. For example, if the total is 100 to 105, the goal is to reach 129, 24 points added to the higher score of the 3 quarters. It's possible the winning team hit that 24 first and you end up with 40 points in the fourth. 330 over and under, I don't know where that logic came from please enlighten me.

Correct. No time clock in the 4th quarter. Highest team total for 3quarters will have +24 points added to their total. That will be the winning score. Then both teams will play a 4th quarter. First team to reach the WINNING SCORE TOTAL will win the game.
It definitely has some ramifications on the over/under total. Hoping for a highest team total under 126 points for the first 3 quarters. That would make the over 302pts mathematically unreachable in the 4th since the first team to 24 points wins. The 4th quarter is capped essentially. Hoping for missed shots, missed dunks, bad passes, turnovers and some defense please. That will help the under backers out big time. Good luck everyone

Under is the best play for tonight in my opinion.
Last year the total was 315.5 and went over by 26.5.
However, this year the total is 306.5 but the rules are very different.
Each quarter is similar to a mini game. This means the guys are going to be playing Defense a lot more than just letting everyone dunk. Not to mention the 4th quarter is completely different this year. Last year they score 70+ in the 4th. With the new rule change, the 4th quarter will only be around 50 points.
It's either Under or no bet for me.

That is true. But reality is, it won't be that big of a point differential. Each quarter is a mini game. So they are going to be playing hard and defensively for all 3 quarters and all 3 quarters is timed except for 4th. So going into the 4th I don't think the scores will be that high

The rule is... Going into the 4th let's say the scores are
80 to 100 they would add 24 to 100 so the goal is 124. The team with 80 still has a chance to win but they would have to outscore their opponent 44 to 24
