Houston -15. Lots of chalk to lay, but I also liked Memphis yesterday against Philly and they covered easily. A few pretty simple things here - Houston defense has been terrible recently because Howard and Beverly have been out. Both come back tonight which will solve many of the defensive woes they have been having recently. I see the Houston bigs dominating on the boards tonight especially since Anthony Davis has been shut down now for the season. I think Houston wins in dominant fashion tonight especially since they need to keep Portland from catching them in the 4th seed.
In terms of ATS stats to look at, the Pelicans are 0-5 ATS when getting double digit points. The Rockets are not that great when it comes to covering double digit spreads, but that's mainly because they tend to get lazy. I don't see that happening tonight as the Rockets are trying to round into playoff mode and this game is a must win for them for playoff seeding. I also believe the Pelicans have given up, as yesterdays blowout against OKC showed.
