I just think it would make an interesting conversation.
And if you disagree, I would like to hear why.
IMO, the square/public will be salivating over getting all those points again, especially after OKC just won SU.
Contrary to what some think or players may have said (my opinion is) OKC played a great game, one of their best they could against GS and GS just totally let off the gas in the 4th. Clay disappeared, Green forced shots. Should not happen again.
Give me Kerr and his adjustments -8.
Maybe small play on over 222.5
GL to all!

Btw...I do see the angle of set the line high and get everyone hyped up that GS will come in with backs against the wall (sort of) and smash OKC, therefore making GS the square bet.
So that is why I would like to hear others opinions.
Either way I can't wait for this game!

I think GS is the smart money play *only if it wins* ...
now I know that sounds silly - but hear me out.
Logically speaking, GS is not a smart play, but we know logic and NBA betting don't always go hand in hand.
Logically, a team that just lost shouldn't be favoured by 8-9 points.
Logically, in the NBA playoffs, games a lot of the time come down to 1-2-3 possessions, which favours OKC's generous line. Even if OKC is down 10, a late 3 will allow a back-door cover. So really your asking for a hot team, with two thriving superstars to play a pretty bad game tonight.
That being said, GS are very capable of smashing teams (any team) if they're firing on all cyclinders.
Gun to my head, I'd probably take OKC and hope they simply keep it close.
Basically what I'm saying is I got no idea and am just going to watch for the fun of it. GL

I don`t see Dubs winning this in DD. First of all OKC is a much better rebounding team and a much better defensive team! If they can play "smart" - that means without stupid Russ turnovers, they can be dangerous for another surprise. In G1 Russ and KD shot only 17-51 and they won! Can they shoot worst? I don`t think so.
OK, of course Dubs won`t have so many problems with execution down the stretch, but hey, 10 points is a lot with all this being said and written.
I don`t see any adjustments that can outrebound Thunder team! More possessions = more chances for scoring.
Warriors by 6!

Not sure how you think Oklahoma played a great game. Durant and westbrook were 17-51. Westbrook was horrible in the first half a Durant was 0-7 in the 4 th before he hit a shot. I am leaning on taking the points .. OKC may be the best team in the west

People keep saying Westbrook/Durant shot 17 for 51 and they still won. These same people don't seem to realize that the rest of the Thunder team shot 60%. That seems to kind of balance things out. Golden St. shot extremely poorly from 3 in the 4th quarter and Steph had like 7 turnovers in the game. Let's not act like Golden St. played up to its potential for the entire game either. Let's call it what it was. Golden St.'s shots were falling in the first half and Russ was horrible. In the 2nd half, Russ was great and Golden St. stopped hitting 3's. I also think Golden St. was a bit careless with the ball in the 2nd half and probably played too loosely thinking they were going to cruise to a win. It was a tale of 2 halves. Everything resets for this game. Golden St. will obviously be a bit more focused after blowing a 13 point halftime lead and OKC will have confidence from winning Game 1 and knowing they can win at Oracle. It's anybody's guess how this will play out. If Golden St. plays team ball and those 3's are falling, then this can easily be a double-digit victory, just like Game 1 appeared to be heading towards at that half. If their shots aren't falling and OKC are hitting the boards and limiting turnovers (only 2 in the 2nd half last game), then they are easily going to cover and will have another shot at winning SU. To sit here and think that anybody actually has a solid edge on this game seems a bit ludicrous to me. I personally took OKC + the points in Game 1, because I thought that was their best chance to keep the game close and maybe even win straight up. When Golden St. was running them out of the gym in the 1st half, I thought for sure my bet was shot. I hopped in on Golden St. ML live in the 3rd Q, hoping I could somehow win both bets. Then OKC was the better team and Golden St. couldn't hit a shot in the 4th. That just further proves my point that even watching the game, you can't really get a sense of who will win or cover in the end.
This time of year, it's anybody's guess how these games are going to play out. Miami gets blown out by 25+ in Game 7 when every previous game had been super close. OKC jumps out to a 30 point lead against the Spurs in Game 6 in a must-win game for San Antonio, after a lot of people thought it would be a competitive game. Nobody has a damn clue what's going to happen, so why even sit here and try to pretend that we do. The most likely scenario is Golden St. wins tonight. That's it. It could be by a few points or it could be a blowout. Who the hell knows? Just pick the side that you feel the strongest about and hope for the best. No need to try to justify your points to everyone in here one way or the other. There is no right answer. A case can be made for both teams. These are two of the best teams in the NBA with superstars all over the court. Any team can win on any given night at this stage of the playoffs. People need to stop making declarations about the series after 1 game.

The pure angle of "no way dubs lose back to back games, especially at home" is the square play. I'm talking purely wins and losses here. I made a thread about it and will continue to discuss it because I believe it happens. Maybe not tonite but at some point. In regards to the spread, again, I think a lot of people are stubborn in that they see what they want to see. They see klay and curry accounting for 3 points in the fourth and they see curry turning the ball over 7 times again. They say no way again at home. I hate to beat a dead horse again and again but it's like the Spurs series. People were stubborn, rightfully so with their body of work in the REGULAR SEASON. Tony, I totally see where you are at though but what's interesting is that the public isn't biting. Bets are predominantly GS so far but it may not matter maybe like last nite, the public could get it right again. Personally, I think it was a tale of two halves and neither team played well. Tonite, I expect consistency and a little more urgency from BOTH teams. If anybody think OKC is satisfied with one win on the road, please! Dubs will bring it tonite but I expect OKC to as well. I lean OKC and the points but I haven't bet yet. I'm on the fence

The first half bets have been tough. Both games so far have gone to the public and the favorites yet both totals have gone to Vegas. Granted, the numbers aren't exact, so far favorites are 2-0 for half time bets. I got burned on WCF game 1 first half.
