Bench Rudy Gobert. He’s got no touch around the rim and half the time he looks like someone who’s having difficulty locating his car in an airport parking lot.
This series is just not for him.
I’m starting Daniels, Edwards, Kyle Anderson, Naz Reid and KAT. That’s my starting 5 and closing crunch time 5.
length and shooting at all times.

Goebert has ZERO touch. Unless it’s a lob he CANNOT create but insists on trying to score from below the block. I have NEVER seen him pass out from the post.. he’ll just chuck up some AWFUL shot!! Guy is TRASH!!

In this series, Townes is 11-33 FG, Ant is 10-36 FG, and you're blaming Gobert? Gobert has no turnovers (Ant has 5). Rudy has more blocks, and more rebounds than Townes and Ant. He's tied with Townes with 3 steals. (0 for Ant)
You're an idiot for trying to put this on Gobert, when KAT and Ant are playing so poorly.

And how many points has gobert given up, exactly. If you had to choose a particular player to blame for their losses it's gobert easily. He's supposed to be a rim protector but saying that and his name in the same sentence is oxymoronic. He's the only player I can remember that got paid big money and even the players were shaking their heads saying wtf. Mavs have scored relentless in the paint and the pick and roll is super easy because you can always bait gobert into chasing the ball handler. It sometimes, scratch. A lot of the time it looks like he's trying to help the mavs

absolutely correct. People look at the analytics and not the actual game being played. Many many instances last night where I couldn’t believe Gobert allowed a shot to get off or a rebound to be tipped out. Luka had a tipped rebound out for a second opportunity over the top of Gobert. Luka slow ass not able to jump Doncic was producing offensive rebounds over Rudy Gobert. I stg some people do not watch the games they just look at the analytics. The mother fucker is 7”3 and he’s allowing that. You have two jobs. Disrupt shots and rebound. He can’t even do that well. He’s just a body to be picked on in pick and rolls.
In the key situations, Dallas knows if he’s switching then he isn’t close to the basket. He can’t get a stop when it counts he just hopes and prays.
I do expect adjustments. Just like they adjusted to Jokic. T wolves will adjust and double off switches or less minutes for Gobert. They have no other choice at this point.

Rudy also looks like he was dropped on his head as a kid. He doesn’t have the IQ to compete with star offensive players.
I guarantee this will be his last ever DPOY. He will never win one over his French counterpart ever again. Only reason he did this year was because Wemby was a rookie. But if you analytic nerds look at the stats…Wemby cleared him defensively this year.

Spot on sir. And, Rudy had the best plus/minus in this series so far. How's that crazy stat. You take Rudy out, Dallas wins both games by double digits. It's amazing how blind people are. And they claim they watch the games. ??

lmao just as I said. More analytic noise. “But what about the plus minus?????” Bahahhahahahhaha.
If you add any 7 footer to an already quality defensive team with lockdown guards…that team is going to be better on defense.
Gobert plus minus was 1 last night. He played an excessive 37 minutes.
