Philly/Chicago Under

Question

This line opened at 196 but was offline on my sportsbook till this morning. I was waiting long and hard to jump on the under. When it came out, it was at 195 so I bought half a point and got under 195.5 at -111. In less than an hour, it dropped 1.5 points, now at 193.5. Vegas messed up this total, in my opinion. If you can buy a point and take it to 195, this looks like a solid play to me.

Vegas didn&#x27;t mess up the total, it dropped at 195 on wed night when the played in Philly..went over by 1 pt.. i had it, garbage time foul shots killed me!

I&#x27;m afraid Noah might spark Bull fast break and speed up game but they both played LastNight and Pacer/Bull was probably intense.I like &#x2B;16.5.

Here&#x27;s some info I&#x27;ve put together from their match-up comparison...In head-to-head match-ups since 2012, the total has gone over 195 just once out of 10 times.Philly, in their last 5, have been averaging 89.4 points and giving up 99.6 (189 total).Chicago, in their last 5, have been averaging 94.2 and giving up 91.2 (185.4 total).Philly, O-U on 0 days rest, is 6-11.Chicago, O-U on 0 days rest, is 5-8.Philly, O-U against plus 500 teams is 11-15 (versus below 500 teams is 20-18).Chicago, O-U against below 500 teams is 14-23 (versus above 500 teams is 14-17).Philly, O-U on the road is 13-17 (whereas at home it is 18-18).Chicago, O-U at home is 11-23 (where on the road it is 17-18).As you can see, everything is in favour of the under. ...and both times it was in Philly. The complexion of the game is totally different when played in Chicago.

guy... Sucks that it went against you. Both teams shot better than their season average that game (by 1% but still) and both were stellar beyond the arc. I don&#x27;t see the same happening in this game. Both are on back-to-backs so there&#x27;s the tired legs factor, Chicago plays much better defense at home as shown by their numbers, and Philly hasn&#x27;t been the same over machine as they once were earlier in the season.
