I really like Boston in this spot, and I think there is too much overreaction from  the last game. We've seen Boston come out completely unmotivated vs certain teams after smacking them prior. Same thing with the end of the season when they just didn't care enough. The Cavs shot 55% and 46% from 3 last game, and Boston only shot 23% from 3. That's NOT happening again and I expect regression from the Cavs side.  I don't care if Porzingus is out because he was out for a lot of games this year and Boston still smashed without him. The Celtics were leaps and bounds ahead of any team 1H ATS and 1Q ATS. I mean wow!, about 70% ATS 1H for the year is amazing, and almost unbelievable. I expect them to be completely motivated from the start and reading all the quotes coming from the players they will be fired up. I expect a lot more concentration on Mitchell because he is literally all the offense they have. If Jarrett Allen is out I expect another Cavs snoozer where they fail to get to 100 points. 

There's a lot of data and trends that support my decision but if you've been doing this for awhile you know that when a team loses as a  favorite (and at home)  especially of 10 or less this is a big play on spot. BOL

If I didn’t have this series wager I would have played the Pacers spread. I think this is the game the Knicks run out of steam with no bench. Pacers #1 ppg and #2 pace this season. They’re going to play as fast as they can. Knicks are a .500 team without OG and unstoppable with him in the lineup (20-3 since getting him). Siakiam had a great game without OG guarding him. The regression meter has spiked for NYK, and I think the Pacers are past due to have a really good offensive game. Pacers are too good at home and have won 9 straight in the building. Can never trust the Pacers defense but I think this is the game they overall put it together. bol
