definitely stole my parlay bag lmao i just googled that timeout call tho and he cant be jumping out or up or even have the one foot down that call cant be granted, should of went the other way.

Wrong, you are allowed to call the timeout if you are on the ground which he was inbounds before jumping up.

No, an NBA player cannot call a timeout while in bounds if they have only one foot down and are jumping according to the rules, a player must be considered "inbounds" with both feet on the floor to legally call a timeout
