SK BETOLOGY 2018-2019

Back at it for a second year. I posted picks starting in February last year and the results were: 55-41 (57%) // 14-5 (Play of Day (POD)) (74%) // (+37 Units). Anyways, I do this mainly to track my picks for myself. Keeps me disciplined. Follow as you wish. Wishing all of us covers cappers a great year! (PS. I may post a few non nba picks (NFL) on weekends here as well to keep it all in my thread, but most picks will be NBA. As you will see, I tend to bet between 1 to 3 units on a given game depending on the strength of the play.

Curious as to why you selected Serge Ibaka prop..

My personal feelings are that he will see a lot more time at the '5'. Dwayne Casey neglected his biggest strength: shot blocking.

By involving himself in games via shot blocking, also spending less time guarding the perimeter against Stretch Four's, he should have an increase in confidence and a slight increase in minutes.

I went with the Ibaka prop because I knew (based on history) he would get a significant amount of minutes in this game instead of Valanciunas (matchup with Horford). I am not a fan of Boston's interior presence. I had a good feeling he would feast. Also, based on preseason and game 1, its clear that Ibaka will continue to get his opportunities on this squad. 18.5 seemed pretty reasonable given its pts/boards/assts (he almost did it with points alone!).

Been busy so havent posted in a couple days.
