Been a bit rough for me as well. I am parlaying spurs -6 (Lakers are done, I think the spurs want to end this soon to rest) and nuggets pick. 500/1300. Good luck brother. pick your spots and DO NOT GO ON TILT. Also beware of POY'S and GOY'S in the forum.GLTA

I'm on Spurs -4.5 tonight. Blake, Meeks, Nash and of course Kobe are all out. That means their starting and rotation guards are out. They're relying on scrub Gs and you can't do that in today's NBA.
But I can't understand the rationale for Lakers tonight, and when I can't understand the rationale, it tends to make me nervous.
What do you like about the Lakers tonight?

Unfortunately there are not guarantees in the sordid world of gambling. I would have to split it up into three and take all three homes teams tonight. I think at least two will cover. You still have time to get it back with a hot streak and not go all or nothing. I'm rooting for you!

Only reason I want to chime in is because I was in your shoes a couple months ago. I'm usually a stickler for money management but a few losses in a row on big plays sucked me into a couple chase plays and BOOM, I was down 2k. Now, Im no big money player...25,50,100 bucks a game (just being honest). So to take a hit like that was big.
However, I sucked it up, ACCEPTED THE HIT, and sat down and came up with a plan for my last 500 dollars. I started small, betting 10 and 20 dollars and 25-50 if I really liked it...month or two later I made it to a grand. Upped my bet amount, month or two after that I had all my money back plus more.
I was smart with what I had left, stuck to my plan 100%, rode the hot streaks and backed off after a few losses in a row. Now, I would have loved to get my 2k back that same day with my 500 bucks, but the odds would have been stacked against me. Could you hit 3-5 picks in a row and get it all back? Of course. And that's just what the book wants (and expects you) to try and do.

I agree with Fitzy but would like to add 1 thing. When your hot your hot and when your cold forget about it. Walk away for a minute change your frame of mind. Right now your not thinking clearly. Evidence of that is not the 3 stacks but the fact that your turning here for advice. A bunch of degenerates are not gonna talk you off the ledge, their gonna push you and place bets on heads or tails.
Only the first round take a minute buy a hooker with half that nickel and then come back refreshed and pick your spots....
