Spurs @ OKC

Question

My line for the O/U is 196, last season when these two teams played they went over 2 times of the 3. The total was much higher then today 204, 205.5, 207. The spurs also played a very high scoring game yesterday with a total of 121pts and Thunder scored 109pts on friday. These teams are very capable of going over the 196, Is the line low so that possibly the public would pound the over?. would it be a bad idea to tease it 5pts to take the under up to 201 or tease it down to make it 191 for the over?.

It&#x27;s retarded to tease the over in a basketball game. &#xD;&#xA;5 points in a football game may matter because it&#x27;s 10-15% of the total.&#xD;&#xA;5 points in basketball is 2% of the total. &#xD;&#xA;The line is justified because although they played an extremely high scoring game last game, OKC has played 4 consecutive unders so they had to adjust it somewhat.

sometimes teasing helps if you have enough teams you can tease it down or up 10pts, you don&#x27;t make as much but if you can hit it consistently you can make a profit in the long run.

Damn the okc/ spurs game hit 204 easily got the over but the damn magic game ruined me!! 201 I had under 199. Still have one more play for tonight hope it hits.
