Stephen Curry's Legacy NBA Finals

Curry needs to step up and win the NBA Finals. If they lose, he is 1-3 in the NBA Finals without Kevin Durant. 

Steph had 34 last night. He wasn't the problem.

Talk your boy Draymond Green who is useless on both sides of the court. 

Biggest mouth and least amount of game on the court.

Curry is the star and he didn’t step up in the 4th quarter.

Just like Lebron takes the criticism if he falls short, so should Curry. 

No matter how bad GS looked, Curry shot 48% defended by Marcus Smart who usually holds him to 29%.

kerr got cute. warriors fell asleep. kerr was handed a super team that was hungry. remember walton even set a record. a donkey couldve been the coach. now not as hungry, not as young, kerr needs to coach finally.

None of the other "stars" for the Warriors showed up at any point of game 1. Klay and Draymond were both awful the entire game. Hard for Steph to carry the Warriors in the 4th quarter when he already did so for the first 3 quarters. 

Klay was a whopping -27 in the 4th quarter alone. 

Steph could have scored more in the 4th i suppose, but would it have mattered? They got outscored by 26. If steph puts up another 6-8 points in the 4th alone, they still lose. 

It certainly is not all on Steph.

Curry was amazing in the 1st quarter but was pretty pedestrian the remainder of the game. Klay and Draymond could play better, but we have seen Jimmy Butler and Giannis will their teams to victory in the playoffs.

Curry needs to prove to the world that he can win the championship as the undisputed leader of his team and that the 2014-2015 championship was not a fluke (due to Kyrie and Love injury). I’m cheering for him to win that Finals MVP and the Warriors to win it all.

I don't understand why gsw fans hate on durant... yes, gsw were already a good team before KD, but KD made them unbeatable. GSW, without durant, has only managed to beat a depleted cavs in the finals. without durant, they were down to the effing raptors. even before klay got injured in that series, gsw was down to the raptors. also, KD could have walked out on the warriors, but KD went for a sign and trade and is the reason why the warriors have wiggins to further improve their chances. that being said, i am still rooting for the warriors to win the ring.

 Wouldn't any of lebrons rings with your logic make his finals wins all meaningless as well? Who has lebron beat in the finals when the team he was playing against was healthy? I'm sick of all these other athletes held to standards completely disregarded when it comes to lebron. You say warriors pretty much won because kyrie and love were out, like lebron didn't beat the warriors with a banged up iggy, suspended dray and klay and curry both on hurt ankles throughout the entire playoffs. The same team that set the record for wins that season and was up 3-1 in the series before suspensions and injuries caught up to them. Yeah totally means that ring before was a fluke. So much so that when the finals mvp from 2015 was too hurt to guard lebron, they lost... what a shocker, other teams don't play as well when they aren't healthy either. 

Bullsh*t narrative being pumped up by the media. They do the same crap with Chris Paul and defend that overrated player to the rooftops.

Curry was poor in the 2nd half and he was timid in the 4th when it was crunch time.

Durant's legacy has copped it for going missing against the Celtics. Curry will too if he can't impact the series. Sick and tired of the media protective of so many of these glorified and overpaid sporting athletes. What's curry, worth half a billion already? Greatest 3 point shooter all time but not a transcendent player and not the guy who will end a game for you when it's desperately needed.

I agree with you on Draymond. Unfortunately, like so many athletes who become mega rich, they think they know it all and can have a say on all topics of conversation. Green doesn't look engaged this year. He's too busy focusing on his personal life than winning another championship. You can see he doesn't put in the extra work and he's hurting his teammates because of it.

Klay might have a tough time this series. Hes older now, slower, unatheltic, coming off of triple knee surgeries while being gaurded by 2 athletic dudes that are 6"9 in their early 20s lol

Draymond is USELESS on offense. They dont have to guard him. This will be a long series.
