Posted in both mlb and hockey thread. Just trying to plan a trip. Thanks

Planning to visit friends at the end of this month. Will be hitting both Nashville and Memphis. Where should I go for the best bbq? I'm all about food. So any  restaurants I should go eat at? Doesnt have to be bbq. I know I'll be staying in downtown Nashville.  Too bad the Preds will be eliminated by then. Otherwise, I'd go see them play. Thanks

Many years ago, and I don’t know if they’re still there, a place called shotgun Willy’s was the best barbecue I ever had in my life

 Nashville and Memphis are great! Have a wonderful time!!!!! So long ago can't recommend specific spots.

Rendezvous in Memphis if you haven’t been, Well known, not a hidden gem or anything but it’s fire still. Nashville maybe peg leg porker or bringles oasis
