Went 2-3 night. Not gonna come up with any excuses. I'm just gonna move forward and look to pick it up Wednesday night with a big card. Here are some early leans:
SAS@BOS
BOS has been able to break 100 in 3 out of their last 5 games @ home winning 2 out of the 3 games when doing so. They did so against WAS, PHI, and TOR all of which are teams that like to play in the open court and put up baskets in quick bunches. Those 3 teams aren't exactly known for their defense and have a greater focus on the offensive end. SAS on the other hand has only broken 100 2 times on the road this year in a win against POR and a loss against NYK. When breaking SAS, SAS also lets up 100+ points themselves. I don't feel as confident with the O/U at this game but to me 195.5 just seems a bit high. SAS is coming off a rough loss against LAC and will probably use this game to bounce back. I really like SAS-1.5 here since Rondo still isn't at 100% and BOS has been a bit flimsy this year losing to lesser teams by a wide margin. A veteran filled team like SAS will ensure that everyone is pumped to come out swinging in this game to make up for the terrible LAC game from two nights ago.
UNDER 198.5
SAS -1.5
DET@ORL
DET has an advantage in the paint with a budding star in Greg Monroe. I can see him being the X factor here. Jameer and Reddick having health issues isn't really helping ORL's case much either. With those two not at 100%, I would usually push for the UNDER at 186.5 but I have a feeling that the slack will be picked up and a close game will help them push to the OVER side.
DET+1
OVER 186.5
POR@PHX
POR is getting +2.5 here and it looks like a perfect let down spot. They're coming off 3 big wins against SAC, HOU and CHI where they managed to put up 100+ in each win. Something smells hella fishy with the +2.5 line here. It's looking like a trap with POR coming off of two days of rest and playing a subpar PHX team. My initial lean would be to take POR+2.5 and the UNDER but I'm not quite sure. I will probably stay away from the team lean and just bank on the UNDER at 201. I know both teams can score in bunches but I just don't see POR scoring 100+ for the 4th game in a row even after having two days of rest.
POR+2.5 (FOR NOW)
UNDER201
As always, BOLE and pick well!

I'm just not really confident in BOS with a post injury Rondo and the empty void left by R.Allen. Green is promising but the lineup as a whole just doesn't have much strength on either end of the court. Still a top team just not THE top team.
