Tuesday overnight leans discussion

Question

Same thing as yesterday, listing favorites then random blurbs. Let's have some more good discussion, just throw out anything that comes to mind..

Magic -4.5/-5: Kings B2B with travel after dominating Heat. Very feisty team who plays fast and sometimes D's up when needed. Fox, Hield, and WCS all looking much better this year and Bjelica has been solid too. Magic so unpredictable. Beat Heat on opening night, won at Celtics, and almost won at Sixers but blown out in the rest of them. Lean to Kings if line keeps increasing?

Cavs -4: Hawks in B2B with travel, played Sixers tight in 1H then collapsed like usual when 3's stopped falling. Cavs fired Lue and lost Love. Would've leaned to Cavs in this spot with new coach if Love was healthy, but so much for that. Both teams grotesque in many ways.

Hornets -4: Heat in B2B with travel but off a loss. Hornets have lost 3 games by 2 pts or less, seem close of getting over the hump but just never do. I really hate watching Batum and Lamb play basketball the vast majority of time. Hornets beat Heat by 1 in Miami 10 days ago. Lean Hornets but would've been stronger had Heat beat the Kings.

Raptors -6.5: CRIS/Bookmaker placeholder line? Line indicates Kawhi will play but that'll need confirmation. Raps in B2B off bad loss with travel but back home. Sixers in B2B with road travel. Bucks without Giannis dominated Raps without Kawhi, rare poor defensive performance but Kawhi big missing defensive piece. Sixers more dangerous as dogs and catching decent points here. No lean yet need more info.

Celtics -8.5: Teams just played two days ago in Detroit and Celtics dominated. Celtics big comeback win at OKC in their prior game to Detroit may have woke this team up. Celts noticeably better defensive team with much better depth. Only 2nd road game for Pistons here, won close at Bulls prior. Lean Celtics 1st Half -4.5/-5.

Grizzlies -2: Wizards continue disastrous road trip coming back from California. Team with chemistry problems which is nothing new there. Defense has been real bad too. Scott Brooks job on the line? Grizz much better on defense. Don't shoot it quite as well but can grit and grind you to death. Gasol and slashing wings could feast in paint with almost no Wiz interior D? Lean Grizz.

Rockets -3.5: Blazers off solid win at Pacers but in B2B with travel. Defense was good for a change. 4th straight roadie for Blazers. Rockets a mess defensively with slow aging roster, no Harden, and the 3's aren't falling nearly as much but still somehow favored. And line has actually increased from -2.5 opener. Blazers or pass.

Thunder -2.5: OKC off win against Suns where they were up big but then let Suns close strong. In desperate need of another win but perimeter shots aren't falling for Westbrook and PG13. Clippers solid defense, fundamentally sound, hungry, and well coached which is key for playing on road. Line seems desperate for OKC money. Clips only losses against solid Nuggs and at Pelicans who were at full strength. Lean Clips with noticeably better defense, FG%, chemistry, and coaching.
