Ur Worst Beat All-Time?

lets hear everyone worst beat.....we always remember them...mine was years ago

had a 4 game parlay with the first 3 hitting.....

needed Jimmy Graham to have more receptions than Brian Hartline......(saints vs dolphins)

Graham was up 7-4 with 3 mins left in the game.......of course Hartline got 3 receptions in garbage time

 We all have our fair share of bad beats . But the freshest ones on my mind are being on the wrong end of a Damian Lillard come back. He does it every time and in heart breaking impossible fashion lmao.

iona versus manhattan

iona -3.5 is what i have, they are up 8 with under 10 seconds to go ...

manhattan with the ball and basically dribbling it out, at clock hits 1 second they chuck ad 3 pointer and it goes in as time runs out. Fans and bench storm the court, clock keeper kept 0.1 seconds on the clock and ref gives iona a technical foul for storming the court and manhattan hits both free throws and iona wins by 3 !!!!

I had 10k at +275 on the Yankees to win the world series in 2004, bet it the day they got A-Rod. Needless to say up 3-0 in the ALCS with the JV NL team waiting in the world series I was feeling pretty good about myself.

Took me almost a year to fully pay the bookie off I was on a credit account and just thought hey man no way Im losing. He was an absolute sport about it thank god. I told him one day "hey thanks for not killing me buddy" and he said awwww man we dont do that anymore and we'd never do that to someone who keeps in touch like you do anyways. Its the guys that disappear and we catch them betting elsewhere that we go after. Just keep making your payments and dont go trying to bet anywhere else (cuz Ill find out) and we'll be fine

Ended up playing with the guy probably 5 more years

Last year I had timberwolves ML against the kings. They were up 17 points with under 3 minutes in the game. Some horrible defense, 5 missed free throws, and not being able to rebound led to OT. By the time it got to OT, I knew the wolves were dead in the water

This year college football. Cinci vs UCF .... ugh 

Had a 29-game parlay (bought a crap ton of points between NCAAF bowl games, NFL games, NHL games) and it went down to the last game...$50 to win $33K and my last game was the 2012 Chargers-Ravens game over 33 and Ray Rice's 29 yd 4th down play got it to OT and I lost the over by 4 

I forgot the exact game but jae crowder before the buzzer throws the ball almost full court with 2 seconds left and it goes in...if the 3 ball counts I cover. Here’s the suspense of it all...the camera man doesn’t follow the ball I guess it was a meaningless 3 and instead focuses on the winning team and you hear the announcer say what a shot by Crowder! Even the announcer says does that shot count it was for sure before the buzzer? And the other announcer says it doesn’t matter the game is over anyway but what a shot. Then both teams walk off the court and the crowder 3 never counted! I was on tilt that day! 

This was bad bankroll management, but I tried to take long odds (-500 or -700) for quick hits and a decent return (10-20% per play).

So, my first bet was on the New York Mets @ Washington Nationals. September 3, 2019.

It was the top of the 6th and NYM was up 4-1 and the line was NYM -600. So, I dumped my bankroll on it.

In the 8th inning, both teams score and it goes 5-4, entering the 9th. The line goes to NYM  -700.

Looking really good at this point. Then, NYM explodes for 5 runs in the top of the 9th.

Now, heading into the bottom of the 9th, it is NYM 10-4. Odds are now +2000 for WAS going into the bottom of the inning.

I could have made a deposit to hedge, but it would have eaten into my small percentage payout. So, I let it ride.

Of course, WAS proceeds to score 7 runs in the bottom of the ninth. I watched the whole thing fall apart as the NYM relievers got no calls and the NYM MGR just refused to put in any replacements. To see such willful sabotage was amazing to watch. The relievers were throwing HIGH HEAT, but the MGR just let his pitchers get smoked over and over again.

After that, I never tried the HIGH JUICE betting again.

Should have bet WAS to win the World Series that year. That was the sign.

Chrs duhon heaving that half court shot vs uconn in the ncaa  championship game. I was about to hit for 11k and that lil jerkoff killed me. I was at a bar where I hung out alot. I already bought the whole bar drinks. I think I I put up 500 drinks on me.  I ended up getting kicked out for throwing my beer at a mirror that hung over a fire place in the back of the resteraunt/bar.

I started sports betting in like 96 my dad was a bookie he worked for a few pretty big guys. He is the one that got me started in this life. Lol. 25 years and still going..the stories I can remember wow!! I try not to look back in time to much cause I have been through alot. But I thank God every day and cherish my blessings. One bet I'll never forget is when dusty Baker took out his starting pitcher russ ortiz vs the Angel's I think Tim salmon was on deck he put in a flame thrower who didn't have to much junk. Forgot his name. Felix something. Anyways salmon smoked his az, for a 2 run walk off winner I lost 5 k on that. And giants went on To lose the world series. 

Years ago , had penn st giving 4 1/2, up 6 with 4 secs to go in game, punter runs out of end zone for safety as time expires. Good coaching decision for team, bad ojita for me...
