I employed Whites, Blacks, Asians, and also Native Americans.  I can tell you that if one of my employees decide not to show up to work or refuse to do their job and effect my customers, my business, I will fire him/her right away.

If the other 2 games arent boycotted then this was just a waste of time and clearly scripted by the League for attention... America is not fucked but America will never be the same after 2020, not just because of Covid but because racial tensions will be truly real for the first time in 60 years. I am not saying there was no racism in the past 60 years, but I know for a fact that tons of people have become racist just from what BLM has done this year. As for your statement, it sucks.
