Not sure but I read this from Action Network:

Teams up 3-1 in Game 5 at home in the Finals are 5-3 straight up since 2003 (4-4 ATS).

I wonder what data would say losing all 4 quarters and playing next game in playoffs too. I guess same as a blowout though.
