Haven't been following the offseason for the past month but I remember the free agency market a couple months ago was kinda crazy. in the midst of all that madness Dame is still with the Blazers, I thought he would likely move on to another team lol. Respect for Dame for staying. Anyway which team will improve this year: Miami Heat? Boston Celtics? Golden State Warriors? Dallas Mavericks? Will the Suns or Bucks regress this season? Are Lakers or Nets still overrated or will they finally live up to expectation?
I don't have a strong opinion yet this early so I will be doing a little studying on the side. Good luck to all this NBA season

first thing first, its about our bank account, our wallets. The team that put consistent outputs is our best interests; it must be inline with what most of us predicting it to be. Small market teams such as Wolves and the like of hornets should strive to compete bigger market teams.

@Digitalkarma Not sure how the Nets will fair with the Kyrie situation and if Harden can stay healthy. Bucks have a good chance at a repeat.
I think they're better off without Kyrie. One less ego to deal with lol they only really need Harden and KD plus a solid supporting cast. Not sure what new players they added yet..

GSW and MIA improved. What I think will be the biggest cash cow for the season is the Wolves, I think they are going to cover a lot of spreads.
The Wolves
I will have to look up their roster again I don't know who they added. I do know they had some nice stretches late last season covering spreads after a disastrous start then firing coach Saunders.

Nice post...I agree with Miami assuming Lowry stays healthy - this could be Jimmy Butler's biggest year in the league now that can be Robin to Lowry's Batman and just ball out on a nightly basis.
GS glory days are over, and only the memory of their dynasty remains...with Thompson being a ? for the foreseeable future, Curry simply can't keep playing 1 vs 5 for much longer before his body breaks down as well.
Minnesota is my dark horse to take the next big step and make the playoffs...KAT for MVP??? May-Bee

Hey BigD how you feel about your Mavs this year? I know Jason Kidd is the coach now. his coaching career has been average.. but going back to the team that once drafted him I wonder if this helps turns his fortunes around. Doesn't hurt to have one of, if not the best player in the game.
Also see they got Moses Brown. They needed a big man to defend the post from the likes of AD, Jokic, Gobert Same nucleus still intact. Im high on the Mavs I think they'll best last year's season record

Bet the house on the opposite of what the majority of this forum says.. But i can assure you the Nets have ZERO chance to win it all this season just as i said last season...

very high on them this year. I think some of the short comings Rick had, and there were many, you won't see in Kidd. He will let the players play and you have Peyton Manning as your PG. Assuming he takes that next step that we all expect. Odds for MVP tell that story.
